Late nights call for making roller bottles! Tonight I made an allergy relief bottle. I have been meaning to make this for some time now. Is it just me or is seasonal allergies now an all year thing?? I took our trio blend of lemon, lavender and peppermint and added some breathe as well (5 drops of each) love the smells that come from this roller. #doterra #essentialoils #doterraessentialoils #doterramom #seasonalallergies

Sneezes galore. I don't know if it's allergies or what. But I feel like every day I'm hearing too many sneezes in my house to make me feel comfortable with my precious newborn. One drop of each OnGaurd and Frankincense. Filled the rest of the way with coconut oil. Apply on the bottoms of the feet morning and night to keep those germs away. Also diffuse like crazy!!! #doterra #essentialoils #oils #babies #immunesupport
